Developing a full mil sim server

I used to have a Milsim server me and my military buddies played. I left Arma for a few months and got a new pc. I’m looking to completely build my own mil sim server and develop it with the help of anyone that wants to join. The basis will be United States branches. But I plan growing the server and allowing maybe other military’s and doing joint operations. Anyone who is experienced and would like to help or join or think you can help organize stuff like this with your buddies let me know. With enough help we can build an amazing milsim. I plan on it being sort of roleplay in a way in terms of training and having ranks. Reply with your discord or pm me and I will get back with you quickly! Also I’d prefer more mature players In terms of age but I don’t discriminate as long as you act mature.
