FSPilot 0 Posted January 18, 2003 Make sure responsible people get the admin slot. Half of the admins I've seen don't do any more than pick a map. They don't kick TKers, they don't click/drag people who sit and wait 5 minutes not doing anything. It's just freaking annoying. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Lt_Damage 0 Posted January 19, 2003 Most good servers have dedicated admins with experience. I have 4 admins online at Gameplanet who are all on at different times. I still get TK'ed more than people should anyway <span id='postcolor'> happened to me once, i rammed a m1a1 with my helecopter after bailing to saftey, i got kiked, i also use helecopters to drop them on a nme occupided town, and campers get nailed in the blast. Skunk Monkey 0 Posted January 22, 2003 Admins of server do there best to provide good admins that can "sign in" to be admin - ie have the admin password that can overide a vote admin. Many server do the best to make sure a non-voted admin is there most/all of the time or at least at peak times. If you have to vote an admin it is up to YOU to vote a good admin - if you vote a shit admin there is nothing the server owners can do about it - except disable vote admins and make you vote for maps/reassign/kick everytime you want something. So 1) Play on servers with non-vote admins 2) if you have to vote an admin - dont vote a nOOb 3) Join a squad with a server and get the admin PW Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
