bulldozer Bulldozer Error "Configuration File Was Not Found"

Hello !

I've a problem with bulldozer of Terrain Builder. I can't launch it because it says me "Configuration file not found". I launched Bulldozer Configurator i clicked Apply Configuration. In my P Drive i've a bulldozer.cfg and it's written this :

Did you setup your P drive with arma tools or mikero arma3p?

Arma Tools probably cause I have the same problem.

Are you guys using external drives? that has caused this problem at least once before.
