Hey guys. We installed Freedom on our server and can land on it just fine. Doors operational etc but we can't get the catapult to work. Something we should look at in our init?

They could start with finishing the textures on the model. Fixing the colliders. They tried to put the carrier on the public server I play on and it reduced the performance of the server so bad they had no choice other then to not add it to the .pbo. No its not the server specs or anything else like that on their end. Its the carrier that is the problem. Its junk. The Nimitz mod is better then this. And the ARMA gods that made their own game engine can't even add the necessary code to make a movable/driveable carrier. But to answer your question the cats do work...check your placement of the jet on the deck of the carrier. Its buggy in the editor you have to make sure the height of the plane is just right on the deck of the carrier. If it is when you run it you will see the option to launch in your action menu (mouse scroll wheel)

Ever think about engine limitations, rather than just assuming it's based off of how lazy or proactive bi developers are?

Indeed. It's a compilation of multiple structures. Not a vehicle.

Have the Freedom on our server with no problems whatsoever. Have some ambience going and the server performance hasn't been impacted at all. Not even an expensive one.
