scottdog62 9 Posted August 1, 2016 Guys whats the easiest way to get railway tracks into a map?Can i use a polyline ect?
kaban 11 Posted September 13, 2016 I use a road polyline with rail texture as a placeholder. And plannig to place rail objects over it in xCam or other editor closer to finish. I don't know if better solution exists.
RoF 241 Posted September 13, 2016 I was thinking earlier about this, maybe do a polyline for where you want the railroad track, then run that through Terrain Processor to flatten that put of the terrain. You could then use x-cam to quickly place the tracks as the terrain should be smoothed out for where you want to place it.
