Also-what hardware are you running the game on? Are you using mods? What version of the game is it ie.Stable,Dev branch etc

Well thank you both. It kinda works when i put the Textures on Very High. But on High they are still weirdly blurred. ( Like on  the Pictures )

Only Problem now -> less frames :D

Well we still haven't figured out why it looks like that-it should not look that way, even on lower settings.

Where did  you buy the game?Is it from Steam or Bi's site or a disc?

I edited ;)

It would still activate (and download) through Steam, so I'd imagine its a moot point. Also, as a moderator you'd think you'd know how to edit posts rather than persistently double posting :D

You seem to have not that good GPU so don't use FSAA and you might want to use CMAA and not SMAA. Then sharpen filter can sharpen the image.

But what comes to the texture blur, you want to use as high texture detail as possible. Also the ground texture blur can be hidden a bit increasing the terrain detail, because then it draws grass longer distance.

I guess you don't have a good GPU with enough VRAM so you can't get better looking game without a big fps cost.

Even a low power GPU should be able to render the image-even if the fps is unplayable. My CPU's onboard graphics can render arma-it just wont run above 5 fps :) This issue is not being caused by a low power gpu I think. Have you noticed any issues of textures no loading in other games?

Depends what settings you really use and what GPU you've. If you've 1GB of VRAM then it's no wonder because you don't have enough memory to have every texture good looking in the distance.

Say your computer specs and then we can start to wonder if it's right what you see. Though I didn't really see anything wrong if you're using texture detail standard. Looks normal to me.

Btw use Aniso. Filter on Ultra. There shouldn't be cards that can't run that. Also Sharpen filter can give nice crisp image. PPAA: CMAA is good and light compared to those others but don't use it if it drops your frames too much. Better leave FSAA off if your card can't really run the game well.
