Arma 3 has quit in unusual manner... AGAIN!!!

Arma 3 was running fine for several months until about a month ago. Now it crashes consistently after 5-20 mins. Each time it displays the same error message:

I've tried several solutions but none of them seem to work:

1) changed the memory allocator (-malloc=system, tbb4malloc_bi)

2) removed all overclocks (CPU, RAM & GPU)

3) removed all mods

4) reset my config file (deleted Arma3.cfg & Saved folder)

5) uninstalled & reinstalled Arma3

6) running without BattleEye (added -nolauncher to startup line of A3 in Steam library)

7) specifying the # cores, VRAM & RAM via the launcher

8) run chkdsk

9) I have upgraded and downgraded my 7870's video drivers (12.1 > 15.5 > 14.4 > 14.9)

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Because all that seems left to me is to reinstall Win7-64! This sucks because it'll take me several hours and all other applications, including games, run fine...

I had it constantly on 1.44, then the 1.46 update came along and it's been fine ever since.

My mates however had no issues with 1.44 but now get the same crashes on 1.46.

Your best bet is send the crash reports to Dwarden, he might have a workaround or hope the 1.48 update fixes it, I don't think a reinstall will do anything as it's not just you affected by it.

Open a ticket, they usually take a look at crash issues very quickly.

Out of curiosity I tried the DEV branch 1.47.131295 and guess what? NO MORE CRASHES (well for at least an hour of stress-testing).

Yeah!!!!!! ;) Hallelujah!

Out of curiosity I tried the DEV branch 1.47.131295 and guess what? NO MORE CRASHES (well for at least an hour of stress-testing).

Well they need to roll this out ASAP! I'm having withdrawals.

Try running the game/sim without the ArmA Launcher. Think it's working for me. (2 days without a crash)

-noLauncher (use in the startup parameters - Steam)

Does anyone know the parameter switch for BattleEye?
