Right now there is nothing there so passengers see through the model. Also adding Mi28 random numbering and faction emblems. eggbeast 3673 Posted September 30, 2014 (edited) yeah unlike BIS approach we opt for basing damage on lethality, rather than anything else. there are also a few tweaks to make SD rounds do more damage, as in the vanilla game, taking an mp5sd6 is suicide rather than an advantage. we made a lot of gameplay-based design choices in the mod, and ultimately you can use the mod or not, as you choose. the rivet-counters will hate this mod, as it does not correspond to their version of reality, like for example, we added a flashlight to the base class of AK rifle, so now every taliban can patrol in the dark rather than standing still as they cannot see. "but there is no flashlight visible on the rifle" the rivet-counters will cry! that's not our concern here. taking weapons that were made useless by BIS and making them an asset is the main point of the EB_weapons mod. same with SAW - why could a man carrying a SAW not carry a bergen? the whole point of the SAW is it is light enough to enable you to carry it with a combat pack. ask any soldier who ever carried a section LMG, did you carry a pack? of course they did. they just didn't carry other stuff like mortar base plate, spare nades or mg ammo, tents or whatnot. eggbeast 3673 Posted October 1, 2014 press F to cycle weapons and they will appear in your top right weapon slot hud. then throw them by aiming up a bit and holding down the left mouse button for a long time hold the button for shorter time will throw them closer to you if enemy is over wall near you you can aim up a lot and tap button to pop nade over wall to throw AT nade RKG3 at enemy tank, aim at it and hold throw for average time, depending on distance of tank to you. try to hit it square on the side to kill it. also suggest you read the instructions in the bottom left box after clicking each one in the gear menu/ammo crate example - WP and gas will kill you very quickly if you don't know about the radius of effect or have a gas mask handy. masconti 10 Posted November 16, 2014 This mod is very fine, but I don't like the flashlight on guns because AI is used to switch on the light everytime it shots. This is not smart because when the enemy is far (200-300 mt) the light can only alert my enemy about my position (or AI position of my squad).
