Help with Binarizing

So I am trying to take some addons and binarize them so I can use them with Load Out Editor (It only reads mods that are Binarized)

When unpack the .pbos and attempt to Binarize them...Binarize.exe crashes and this is the log I get in the report.

I was told it was just as simple as unpacking and repacking the addon...but as I guess I am not smart enough to figure out what the heck is going on. Any ideas or help would be great!

You need to fix your build environment as shown in PMC Editing Wiki: ArmA - build environment in the first place. I know the guide I'm linking to is for ArmA (1) but its still valid today. Fix that first and then start to check if your config.cpp files are in order.

Ya that might as well be in Greek. This is NOT my addon...I unpboed it...and tried to Binarize the addons to use in LEA...I can build them fine, just cannot binarize them.

Ya, none of those tools work...they can build as long as I do not check Binarize.

binarize is not needed for configs. just for models/wrp

Its not already Binarized.

Maybe I am not explaining myself correctly. There is a tool called the Load Out Editor which lets you customize units for mission makers, so you can pick the equipment, uniforms, helmets..ect...that you want the units to have. According to the developer the only way you can add custom mods, is if they are binarized.

When I asked the creator of LEA on how to binarize addons that are not binarized...he simply said use the BI Tools and check the box after it is unPBOed...and no matter what I try to do, the unPBOed file will not PBO if that Binarize box is checked.

I just want the ability to import new mods into LEA, because basically none of the recent weapons packs, or units ect...are not Binarized.
