I have nearly the same specs (AMD Phenom 9950 4-core + 550TI) and can confirm that performance is sometimes horrible.

Still really enjoyed the powerpoint presentation :).

WIN part is absolutely unplayable for me compared to the rest of campaign. It's worse than most multiplayer games.
