Lt. Jimbo 0 Posted September 15, 2002 hmm...I can't help you people, but somehow, I mysteriously got the same problem, but some time later, I could see the textures
fxppp 0 Posted September 15, 2002 I found problem!! You must put all viewer's files to c:\ d:\ e:\ ...etc.... and re-setup option settings....then texture would work..
Lt. Jimbo 0 Posted September 15, 2002 ahh...I see... well, to clarify on that, you should put O2 Viewer in the root directory of a different drive letter. If you can't do this, or don't understand please read this: Breathe Website It should tell you everything you need to know about setting up and configuring. Tankfanatiker 0 Posted September 15, 2002 ok next question i ve only 1 drive how can i devide it ?
scousejedi 0 Posted September 15, 2002 OK ignore different drives ........ I have O2 in the following directory c:\games\ofp\oxyegn there are a number of .dlls there that were unzipped there The viewer I unzipped to c:\ and there are 2 dlls there All you have to do now is ensure that the textures are in c:\ and you should be away
soul_assassin 1750 Posted September 15, 2002 Ok people you are starting to confuse ur selves... Please search this and Oxygen forums before posting!! I will tell u what to do just keep it in mind: 1. put ALL Buldozer files in C:\ D:\ whatever it has to be a hard drive partition. 2. put o2 folder into the same partition so it looks like C:\o2\Objektiv2Light.exe 3. Go to your Flashpoint folder and copy the Flashpoint.cfg file and paste in to the partition of Buldozer e.g C:\Flashpoint.cfg 4. Copy Pal2PacE.exe and Pal2Pac.dll from C:\ to C:\o2\ and run Pal2PacE.exe. 5. Restart and run o2 set the Dll folder option to C:\o2\ Hope that helps ya. TYsiEK 0 Posted September 18, 2002 I have done everything from this instruction. And... ... it's not working. When i load my texture Objective2light has been closed. It's just a bug. BIS, you should fix this, all your works is fucked .

scousejedi 0 Posted September 18, 2002 Considering how 'bugged and fucked' O2 Bis did a 'fair' job with OFP:CWC, RH and Res.... [irony]How they must have struggled.....[/irony] Please don't have a go at them when they are doing us a favour by releasing O2. The lead programmer ( and others) are actually reading our threads and helping where specific knowledge is required. Thanks Bis....
KTottE 0 Posted September 18, 2002 And the simple fact remains. The only official game developer forums that have more activity from the developers are the ones with newly released games. Here we are, over a year since OFP was released, and the developers still post here. We really appriciate what you are doing Suma.
PakoAry 0 Posted September 21, 2002 I suggest a virtual drive... let's say you have the progs correctly unzipped to c:\Downloads\O2light and c:\Downloads\Buldozer open notepad and write a batch file such as o2.bat with the instructions below: SUBST o: c:\Downloads\Buldozer c:\O2light\ObjektivLight.exe save it inside c:\Downloads\Buldozer Now, all you have to do is run the batch file and it will launch O2 (don't forget you will need OFP CD in the drive). To save you from digging in your folders every time you wanna use O2, make a shortcut in your start menu or desktop to the batch file. in fact all the batch does is make windows treat the folder you've placed buldozer as a driver o: I've suggested o: because in portuguese, my mother language, it sounds close to O2, but can be any letter not in use. hope it helps té mais PakoAry
Jazzking 0 Posted October 6, 2002 I have a bit of a texture problem, im not sure if its the same as the one described but... My O2 doesn't seem to load paa or pac files. I've made their sizes to powers of 2 and i think the resolutions on them are correct, but they just won't load! It only loads GIF! is that what its surposed to do?
