Shoot at me but dnt hit me!

im makin a big battle only prop is tha ever1 dies to quickly so i want to make all the ai unaccurate so tha they miss all the time puls itll be cool with all the bullets flyin pass ur ed and stuff thx for ur help

I'm sure some high-tech OFP programmer would probably mention some script like : "UnitName CrappyAim = true" or something, but I would have to agree with you and say that lowering their skill is the best way.  

That makes quite a difference on their aim, mind you.  I once tested two snipers of the exact same unit type; one had max skill, the other had the lowest.  In front of them, I placed 10 Soviet soldiers.  The max-skill guy took out 9 people, the min-skill guy took out 1.  As a side-note, I witnessed them fire at the same rate (so it's not like the max-skill hit more because he shot more).

Or let them be a bit injured in the Edit Unit window, that also makes them aim worse.
