Which Graphic card???

I intend to buy a new graphic card. Which one would be more proper for ArmA 3, so far you can say? GTX780 or ATI HD7990. I have a GTX580 now...I know it's a tough question. GTX780 's got PhysX but HD7990 seems to have much more processing power...

The 7990 is a dual gpu card similar to a 690. It uses two 7970's in crossfire but on one card.

A single 7970 can currently be found rather cheap, even cheaper buying 2 7970's vs 1 7990 for the same performance/configuration.

However depending on your budget I would recommend waiting for the next iteration of AMD cards which is being announced in several hours. The price for the flagship card is expected to be around $550 -$600 (nothing confirmed or denied at this time). It rumored to out perform any current GPU solution out there in most cases. But back to your budget, it really depends what you're looking for. A great deal and performance can be found with a single 7970, the best performance to dollar would be a 7950 at this time.

Generally speaking when looking for a new piece of hardware for your computer, look towards hardware and tech forums, rather than game specific forums as opinions should be less biased and more knowledgeable.

Really doesn't matter for Arma3. If I were building a pc exclusively for Arma3, I'd chinch out and get something really cheap like an asus 460 or 560. I'd worry more about CPU selection, cooling and overclocking the CPU.

My single 7750 does well so no complaints there. Previously had a GT 240 and that wouldn't cut ArmA 3 that's for sure, while it did with ArmA 2.

That would depend on your monitor and resolution. I was using an emergency 460 for a while and there is a big difference between that and a 760 4gb.

wait for amd to release the new cards, and if you want to get away cheap buy a 7950 or a 7970 when they go down in price a bit more :)

both those cards will handle arma 3 fine, as long as you have a decent cpu

2 x GTX 760 4 GB in SLI, superb bang for buck. Cheaper but much more powerful than eg. single Titan, especially in Arma 3. Note that A3 is one of the first games that really benefit from 4GB VRAM without mods (it can use it all in practice actually, which is very unusual), so 4 GB VRAM is almost a must-have with high-end rigs.

I'll second getting as much VRAM as you can, while its only happened once, I have topped 4GB in one bench session.

Though to be fair, to get that high the game was slowed to an unplayable crawl.

4gb vram on a 760 is just a waste of money as the memory bus isn't fast enough to handle all that vram. besides 2gb vram is fine for arma 3 with ultra textures, 2 or 4x FSAA and FXAA so far
