RSF TheCapulet 59 Posted September 17, 2013 I've noticed several crashes since release, maybe as much as half a dozen so far. Where do I find these crash reports, and where do I send them?
RSF TheCapulet 59 Posted September 20, 2013 Bump. Had like 5 crashes just today. Officially a handful.
un_fumeta 10 Posted September 20, 2013 I'm wondering the same. I heard about eventviewer, and several file extensions to zip and upload. Can't find any of these. Some quick tips would be much appreciated.

RSF TheCapulet 59 Posted October 1, 2013 A3 Feedback tool That's only half the equation! (of which I already was aware). Now what do I send there, and where do I find it?
focher 15 Posted October 2, 2013 That's only half the equation! (of which I already was aware). Now what do I send there, and where do I find it? There's a link at the top of that page called "Report Issue". Of course, you could search for the problem and see if it's already reported and then add your details to the same issue #. See http://feedback.arma3.com/how-to-user.html.html for what to submit. I assume you are getting the PhysX3_86.dll crash, and there are multiple issues submitted for that problem. The more debug dumps people submit, the more likely BIS can find the problem. Today's dev branch claims they might have found and fixed the problem. Once confirmed, they will likely hotfix the stable release. I still think just opening non-descriptive threads (about the same thing) doesn't help, but actually hinders the process because it means BIS has more distractions. RSF TheCapulet 59 Posted October 2, 2013 (edited) What I really need is the crash log location. I still think just opening non-descriptive threads (about the same thing) doesn't help, but actually hinders the process because it means BIS has more distractions. And thanks for assuming. The thread was very descriptive, as I wasn't seeking out information for any specific crash. Just as my OP says, I'm looking for where the crash logs are so I can actually lend a hand to the devs and send in my logs as well. Now lets talk about what doesn't help. focher 15 Posted October 5, 2013 Bump. Seriously? I put the link right there that contains all the information you're asking for. You seem interested in being the person who refuses to take the life preserver that was thrown to them.
jiltedjock 10 Posted October 5, 2013 (edited) And thanks for assuming He's given you exactly the info you need in that link but you'd rather waste your time composing a snarky response and bumping this useless thread rather than reading the info or doing the most basic of searches http://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Crash_Files . Real nice attitude, but at least you're consistent. C:\Users\<Name>\AppData\Local\Arma 3\ Edited October 5, 2013 by jiltedjock
RSF TheCapulet 59 Posted October 5, 2013 I apologize Focher, I missed that link. Thought it was something else. My fault.
