Until the XML problem is solved, all the owners/admins of the servers, unite!!!!

I'm putting together a ban list of all the players who enjoy crashing servers with the XML bug. So far, I have a few. If your an admin, email me. Lets work together.

I think the problems lay in that not every1 knows it, and many people let their squad leader take care of the xml thing.

This means that the user who crashed a server might not be knowing that he did so.

The user's are crashing the servers on purpose. Do I smell fear in someone who is afraid all the admins will work together and do a nation wide ban?

Until we receive a patch to fix the problem, a group effort is required.

BTW. Did you know, that intentionally crashing a server, has the same punishment as hacking?

I log the IP address of all users. A few users have lost connection rights via their ISP. I just love it!!!!

Actually so is using an aimbot or similar on servers with botprotection. Not that interesting for OFP players, but still...

What an idiot.  You just let everyone know you like hack.  Did you know your IP is logged when you write on this board?  You must be around.....15, but more like 5.  It's probably more like you read up on hacking, but you have no clue what you are doing.

And Hudson do you have any clue what a IGMP nuker is?

It sends 6000 packets wich let the server disconnect, thats all.

It doesn't harms anyones computer and yes it's legal.

I have never trashed your server in any way.

And wheres your evidence, do you hounestly think that the FBI would arrest me just because i disconnect a few servers with stupid hosts wich accuse me of cheating and talking trash to me.

How it started, it was a year ago i went into a DFLW server via Kali, they were telling me that they will rape my mom and kill my family and they were talking trash to me and kicked me off the server for no reason, so i became mad and disconnected their server(wich is legal BTW) and i also have legal rights for that.

King Kong for the record I only say that because you act like you like to go around acting out revenge for any little reason. Trahsing servers and more importantly ruining the fun of more than the ones you have beef with. So if I happen to be right and this is your way to get your jollies, then try not to trash the servers and just trash your reputation a little bit more. And If I am wrong than I do apoligize and your are more than welcome to come and play on our server. We are allways looking for some really respectful and teamwork oriented players.

And if you simply crash a server thats not a big deal. Come on think about it the game crashes the server because of bugs all the time. How do you expect the Admin to know it was you when it crashes randomly. Your little tactics you learned back in Quake2 or Counterstrike ( if my man Quib is right about your age, and it appears he is) dont quite work for this game. And now for some reason I smell something strange...no wait that is Snake (or some other Moderator) coming back to erase these last three posts.

Actually it is illegal, it's called a DOS, Denial of Service Attack, it applies to webs sites and other such servers, local police on both ends become involved, and if the DOS nocks out a business server and reaches $15,000 US the FBI become involved

In order to hit the server like you sugest, you actually need a larger Bandwidth to actually shut it down, if your hitting a T3 with a FW and your on cable it will not shut it down

Definatly don't know what your talking about KK, the program you mentioned does not block your IP here or on the Game servers

I've allready tested the crashablity from DOS attacks, at most you can shut down a lower end ADSL or Cable, but not the better ones, and none if they have a good FW, you would need router access to DOS the Server

In all honesty...sure King Kong is talking a lot of trash, but

don't accuse him of crashing anything, unless you know for sure he did it.

15,000 is for FBI, if you read my post you will see that Local police become involed, but when that mark is reach the FBI takes overs

This applies to any Server on the web, be it Web/ Game server, it's still a DOS

Like I said you can't take down a server it when it has more bandidth then you do, and not at all if it has a good FW
