Countless threads about it already, the devs are well aware of what needs to be done. Remember you paid for an Alpha and you even had to pay twice less for it and you'll still get the full game, when it gets released and of which you have to be greatful for. So just wait and give them time to work, if it doesn't get optimized properly by the full launch only then you and others will have the right to actually complain about it, but for now we're all testers and simply give feedback. If this annoys you then you shouldn't have bought it in the first place and simply waited till the real thing gets released.

I have not experienced any lag? Well, not from the Graphics (or similar). AI etc can cause lags of course.
