Taking the scroll menu to the chopping block

The problem with the scroll menu is that mouses rarely have 100% precise scrolling. At least my logitech mx 518 sometimes decides to scroll even though it doesn't produce that faint "click" sound.

ok. the feedback tracker is buzzing with suggestions about that "arma classic".

hopefully the devs will listen!
