Amazing bunkers...

Wow.

Would you consider releasing these models as a standalone Bunker pack ? Would be great to add onto Iron Front maps in the editor or indeed even onto modern scenarios i.e. the foot hills of altis etc ?

Fantastic work

Hi, there

If I can speak for myself:

1. preparing new map Kraliky - actualy Im testing terrain on hill Vysina for artillery foritification Horka, with this Im making fortification objects.

2. new models (WIP) : 4cm fortification canon vz.36

pevnostni_kanonA3.jpg

SDKFZ 231

So that is what Im working on :-) .

As far as I know Peter working on completly rebuild of PZI

hell these details are amazing ,especially the fortification canon vz.36 :D

a question:I find that the tanks in Arma3 drive simply to fast especially in approach. How will conduct your tanks ? I miss simply the inertia and drive feeling from a steel giant.

With this modern tanks from the Arma-Series its not realy a good tankdrive feeling.

honestly we are still fighting wit physx (we dont have time to to study it).

So for now we are using A2 physic. What you can expect is slow tanks as they where in these times:-) so speed max speed around 20-30 km/h of course depend on tank... :-)

yeahh sounds good:)

the bunker system in combination with the map is absolut perfect, is it possible right trenches with this proceed to realize ?

For the purpose of the physx, it gives here unfortunately only a handful of peoples the have tanks with physx released ,maybe download this Addons and look into the configs that is that what i would do :shhh:

heavy objects were made for the map "rabbit". Light objects are universal. I do not know jin use of heavy objects for other maps? In Czechoslovakia, there was the same heavy objects, each designed for a place of establishment

yeah i was guessing that the Terrain might need a "hole" big enough to drop them into... Shame you can't build custom Ground Lumps and bumps with custom configurable grass clutter on... then we could use them on flat-ish maps... and just configure the camo look/ clutter look we wanted...

i.e. treat them like placeable buildings

*will go back to day-dreaming*

:)

As Peter wrote. Czechoslovak fortification was divided into Heavy forts and light fortification. Heavy fortification every object was designed to specific purpose and is unique. Maybe you will be able to use some of them which were designed on flat areas.

Altough without second underground floor which was mainly for crew and there will be now diamond ditch. However you will be able to place main weapons :-) and object will keep his firepower. Light objects where designed in many variants and planners could just picking up what they need. So light objects can be use withou any other problem. All is little bit more copmpicated :-) Becouse This system is based on side fires and every object should be cover by his neighbor from both sides ...

Hello, :-)

Don´t worry there are some difficulties with me :-). I have exam time and also I have to be in hospital for some time and I dont know how long... :bored: .

As I know Peter is still working at PZ I and tunning last small details and finishing model, after that UV´s texture and so on.

Im study material ´s for arttilery fortres Horka also Im in contact with some historian´s and we try to complete accurate data what excatly was there in 1938 and what didn´t (becouse fortres hasn´t been finished so there where many auxillary building ´s according ongoing construction).

So this is short our SIT REP :)
