NSW consists of a tight-knit group of friends bringing along multiple years of ARMA experience dating back to the days of Operation Flashpoint. Our unit is primarily based around the real-life structure of a Navy SEAL Platoon, which consists of 16 operators (2 officers, 14 enlisted). In keeping with the Naval Special Warfare theme, for supporting roles we also have an EOD Platoon, a SWCC Detachment, as well as an Aviation Detachment as a part of the unit. All are included and integrated into our operations to bring the most realistic and fulfilling NSW style game-play you can experience in ARMA. We are compromised of Active Military and Veterans with diverse backgrounds in training and combat experience. However, you do not need to have military experience to fit in! We are willing to teach and groom any committed member. Our goal is to effectively and efficiently bring true real world tactics to in game operations. While we are a relaxed group of individuals in game operations are taken serious. 2/75th is based as a United States Army Ranger Unit centered around small unit infantry tactics. Ranger elements are today's premier direct action force. Rangers are capable of arriving by land, sea, and air to conduct various operations to include but not limited to Air Assault & Airborne Operations; Seizing of key terrain such as airfields & strategic facilities; High Value Target elimination/capture; Deliberate and Hasty Ambushes on enemy patrols and logistics. In game rank and roles are enforced but in a relaxed setting. You will not be barraged by wanna be Drill Sergeants 24/7. All member are treated with respect and courtesy and are expected to do the same. Requirements Age: 20+ years old Commitment: Consistently make Operations Night (Sundays 2100 EST) & Training Night (Tuesdays 2100EST). *real life always comes first, however there is no point in joining the team if you can not make these events regularly.
