BI has had a lot of problems since the Alpha launch. You will get your forum badges soon enough.

The forum badge is for all Supporter edition buyers.

I guess you will know when you see your name in the credits or you will receive an email congratulating you (I guess)

I simply want to know that I will be getting my digital download items that were promised to me for the $91.99 I paid. I only just made an account and bought the game with a paypal email that was different than my primary email. I simply cant find instructions on what to do beyond getting the steam content active, and I didn't even need help with that part.

Give them some time as I'm sure they're still sorting out more important issues. Which digital download items are you talking about? The soundtrack and maps won't be available until the full game releases, as stated right on the website. I recieved my copy of ArmA: CWA and ArmA: X.

As said, you ordered a game that wont be released until Q3, so don't expect to receive the whole package right away. Arma CWA and Arma X popped up as gifts on Steam right away for me as well when I registered my Steam Key.

Also, your forum account is supposed to be linked to your account on BI Store, so if it isn't and you're using different emails for some reason then you might want to contact the support to get it right.
