Coolhoser 1 Posted August 31, 2012 (edited) Can anyone please explain how to texture a vehicle in Oxygen? Here's a picture of my current model: http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/578965377872771630/BF02680F64199E76AB2A453BE162608FF26EF60A/ If you can elaborate, you will receive approximately one cookie :butbut: Edited September 1, 2012 by Max Power

Richards.D 761 Posted September 2, 2012 Well, this could be done one of two ways. If you have a working UV Map you would texture that in your image editor, and then save it.. easy. The second way would be to use the face select tool in O2, select each face and then press A (texture mode), select a texture with load texture, and then apply it with B. And you would need to do that for every face you want textured. Although you of course can select multiple faces (CTRL + Face select) and say texture the entire body at once.. I wish I knew more about UV mapping, but sadly I do not.

That is a a proper ill advice right there. It will create an unnecessary amount of sections that will most likely lead to low performance. I won't even comment on the poor quality one should expect from such a workflow. Please learn to use UVs.
