M224 60mm mortar

Recommended Posts

Refering to the Flak 36 88mm Anti-Aircraft gun (used on tanks)

Well you could do the gun in 'dunkel gelb' its difficult to describe, its a sort of sand colour but a bit duller.

Just look for pics of any late war German kit and you will see the colour.

Dunkel Gelb is also the main base colour of all late war German Kit and most camoflage schemes were put over it (but not obscuring it).

hope it will help , a deployed version without wheels would be better i think

the ruskies had a similar weapon called ks12 , i think it would be better suited for of , then the ww2 fans could tweak it a little to be a flak36

or , with some little modifications you could do a ks12 from your 88 and release both ....

Kewl! Can't wait to see it. Is it going to be an actual AA gun?

It would be extremely cool if the rounds blew up near the aircraft if they pass within so many feet of enemy aircraft. But I imagine that would take some SERIOUSLY hardcore scripting and may be impossible. But it might be worth consulting some of the .cpp scripting experts to see if they think it's do-able. If not, at least make them shoot at aircraft and it could be used in conjunction with a AA script. I have one around here somewhere that allows for aircraft to set off a trigger that starts explosions over the target area. You can adjust the height of the explosions, time between explosions and the amount of ammo used also so overall it's a fairly versatile script that should work well with your addon. Only bad thing is that it's an external script. But anyways any map maker worth a damn should be able to use some basic scripts like that one.

I'm looking foward to that big gun! smile.gif
