colinm9991 20 Posted April 30, 2012 I'm trying to set up a Dedicated Server using Tophe's (And trouble shooting with the arma2oaserver.exe file itself) using only some mods like @ACE etc, However, when I put up the server and go in game, It's always launching the FULL versions of BAF and PMC instead of the lites (Which means players can only join with full versions) Also in Six Updater when I add a preset of the server, because of it launching the full BAF and PMC's, it puts BAF and PMC in the left side, where your installed mods are. How do I stop it from doing this? Or is it just something that has to happen because I have them both installed?
Dwarden 1126 Posted May 3, 2012 REMOVE folders \PMC\ and folders \BAF\ from the server directory FULL DLC cannot exist on server, that's MUST ... Lite data are there for MP compatibility and for servers Full data are ONLY for end clients

Does this mean the only option is to uninstall BAF / PMC from my machine?

colinm9991 20 Posted May 12, 2012 > Which means players can only join with full versionsThat statement is false. Yeah, I was speaking to someone for a while about this and they also said that. I have now gotten it to work anyway with the LITE Versions (I dragged and dropped my BAF and PMC out of the ArmA 2 folder again, this time moving them to my E: Drive) But now the only problem client side is that when using a launcher, it launches BAF and PMC twice, so there are two icon's of each in the menu. I tried with, and without launching BAF/PMC. Also, a general query, how do I allow certain signatures in my .cfg files? For example, no keys are accepted, apart from the ones I wish to be accepted. Only put the keys you want to allow in the keys folder on the server. I have a spare folder where I put ALL the keys and then I just drag the ones I want to allow into the actual keys folder in the Arrowhead folder.

So just put the keys into the "Keys" folder in the ArmA 2 root? Should be fine then after that?
