Thanks, with the 1.4 version I am able to save and load mission which is a great step forward. I have found that on the mission set up you cannot touch any other parameters apart from "Load Save". If you do so the save won't load and the mission will start from scratch.

Found a bug, also. After the load of the save dragging the ammoboxes works no longer, and that's a pitty. A fix for that would be nice.

Are you sure? Because i tested on a dedi and it works...When you load the game remember to set on "Yes" the =BTC= Logistic param, the save game don't save the ammoboxes inside vehicles atm (it will be possible in the version 1.5). You can't change param like the date, type of units, money...

I can confirm all seem to work fine. There are certain parameters you can alter on load, and certain you can't.

Are there any plans for Lingor / Duala non-ACE version? We were hyped to test out the mission yesterday and to our dissapointment there was no no-ACE versions of these two islands in the pack.

Version 1.5 released

- Added Duala & Lingor non-ACE version (Sorry IB i don't have time to test them)

- Added IEDs

- Added civilian & IEDs param

- Minor fixes

Tell me if you find any bug, so i can fix it!

Let me know if you have some good idea to improve the mission and what you think about the new version!

Great work Giallustio. I wait long for a saving possibilty on a dedicated server.

I only have a small problem. I can't load a savegame, if I built an "ACE magicbox" before saving.

I think I found the source of this problem.

In the savegame of the RPT file I see the following:

[

"ACE_EmptyBox",

[8000.78,1802.34,0],

[[

"PipeBomb","Mine","MineE","ACE_Bandage","ACE_Bodybag","ACE_POMZ_M","ACE_MON50_M" and so on

at the end of this I see the quantity of each class in the ammobox:

[2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2 and so on

I use many addons and the ACE magicbox contains the classes of all weapons and misc of all used addons.

In my case I counted over 600 classes in the ACE magicbox, but the line in the savegame with the quantity shows only 1024 characters.

With the number and the comma in addition, there should be over 1200 characters in this line.

In result 1024 characters in a line for saving is in my case not enough.

Can you find a solution for this problem or is it maybe an ArmA engine problem?

Feature Request:

I often play a game session with 3 or 4 friends only and it would be great if there were the possibility that a squadleader could buy some AI teammates to fill his squad.

Is there any chance to implement this?

No atm sorry...We're starting a new campaign based on this mission and my free time is about...0... :)

You can add it by your self...I try to help you:

A very easy way it's to add an action to the flag, so in the init_player.sqf add something like this:

A more "elegant" idea (what basically i'll do) it's to add a little dialog ;)

Hey guys! I came back with a new version, the 1.8! Before i release the full pack i need some feedback!

Here the link for the west takistan version of the 1.8!

Changelog:

- added uav

- added recruitment script

- added view distance option

- ACE and ACRE supported in one mission (ACE is auto-detected)

- added enemy playable side

- minor tweaks

I'm waiting for feedback and bugs :)

1) in your version 1.8 may not work Rally Point.

2) when will the version for the island Ovaron?

3) after death can not hire AI.

4) why in this version there is no Life time?

5) How's my idea: add all the weapons in one box? and that for a long time to install them.

6) I still could not figure out how to save the game and then download it.

Are you sure? It works for me. Make sure you activate the wounding system in the param

Yesterday did not know how to use it :)

but today was able to purchase equipment to edit the menu, added the Russian tanks

I do not know how to explain to you 3 item in the Russian language is clear, but the translator seems to offer twists

Are you sure mate? I tried it and worked very well...About that script, i don't know it and i can't help you!

Sure! Add the action to the flag instead of the player! You can do it in the init_player.sqf

Yep, sure! You want them playable or as opfor? In the first case you have to replace the units in the editor; in the second case you have to create a new array in the =BTC=_definitions.sqf and add them to the enemy units param in the description.ext

You have to script them...Is it that so important? Not that easy!

Just add 'em in the editor as playable units

Giallustio, I while only understood as to edit the menu of purchase of transport and the weapon.
