TakOH CIT managers wanted!

Recommended Posts

CIT is short for community issue tracker.

It is a well established place for the community to report issues and suggest features.

The BI devs mostly prefer it over forum reports as the more rigid form makes

users to provide essential information and offers a simple voting system.

You can read more about the ARMA2 CIT here:

The CIT for Take On Helicopters is looking for new blood for the manager roles.

The job of a manager is to ensure quality in the reports and make sure vital

issues reach BI quickly in cooperation with the community manager Dwarden.

If you are interested in helping out to make Take On Helicopters as polished

and feature-rich as possible, please speak out about joining the CIT team.

Thank you for your attention. :bounce3:

"Paid" by unfriendly and lazy people (aka issue reporters) you mean? ;)

It is a non paid, community people job yep.

Only "stupid" but very dedicated people do it. :)

As the name says it is solely a community project.

That said BI has devoted a significant amount of time of the community manager, Dwarden, for it.

He is also part of the skype group to manage the cooperation.

And you can see BI developers in the CIT active too. Mostly Suma, the lead engine developer,

but especially for ToH a couple of other BI developers too like DnA, hladas and a few more.

Does that help Chris?

PS: For clarification I was part of the CIT team for a long time and helped establish the cooperation.

I can almost bet that would be the community, hence the name "Community issue tracker".

I always assumed it was a sidebar to an internal issue tracker. The devs deemed fit to include it in the readme, so I assumed it was official.

Yes, we did indeed, and we're as usual indebted to our close ties with talented and dedicated members of the community.

I apologise for not making that clearer in the initial post!

Best,

RiE

I may be able to help in this role. I have some experience in the gaming industry as well as being an ex fly boy (Civil Air Patrol). =)

Plus I tend to play with settings most of you guys seem not to...

Thanks for your interest WrathPhoenix!

Please contact Dwarden via PM or contact him directly in Skype (Contact Info tab in the profile).

He is the community manager from BI. If you don't get a response in a few days,

he might be too busy at times, feel free to send me a PM and I will try to help out. :bounce3:
