Hey it's another thread on this game. It must be good!

Who knows guys... it might really suck.

a) It's free

b) It looks pretty damn good for an action shooter.

is this the best they could come up with? Looks like a glorified "us is the best" version of cs. Like all the movies, where the hero HAS to be a yank. Fuck. even BIS, who doesn't have the financial power of a super nation behind them, can produce a realistic millitary sim, and I don't think the devvies have any millitary experience. This game looks hack.

Definite brainwashing. After all, that's what patriosm is all about. fuck that shit, i'll die for myself/my friends/my family. Not my country, which is essentially dying for my government who run the country like a business, making business like decisions, controlling citizens (there's one word that DOES have a z in it) like a resource of that business, and don't really give a fuck about the individuals who live as a part of that "business".

Geez. how short sighted and narrow minded would you have to be to pledge allegience to your flag (your government). Your government is there for you, not vice versa. You're basically signing your life away to the devil (just a term, i don't really believe in a god).

And why do they do it? because everyone else does it. Free thought hey? And if you don't do it your a traitor. Free country, lol.

You can take ya half assed game, which is just one of many trying to hitch a ride on the wave that ofp has created, and stick in yer d8.......but i might have a go when yer finished with that, lol.

In conclusion, It appears that you just have a strong disliking for the US. While the army's move is questionable, It is also extremely smart. A very large amount of kids these days play games. Why not advertise the Army through something they will enjoy playing? It is no more brainwashing then OFP or Any action movie.

This is the objectionable part in the same way as commercial campaigns targeting children are objectionable. This is IMO worse, since joining the army is far more serious then buying a toy that you don't need.
