TacKLed 10 Posted May 28, 2011 Im trying to have helicopters land under fire but it seems everytime they get near the landing zone they pull up and try to flee or turn into gunships. Is there a way to force them to land?
ravendk 25 Posted May 28, 2011 you could try having the chopper in careless mode.. dont know if it works 100%

Devil Dogs SF 13 Posted May 28, 2011 you can also enter 'this setcaptive true' in the choppers init. I've noticed that way they land in any area, only downside (Or upside, depending) is that while the chopper will fire at enemy ground units, the enemy will never fire on the chopper. Desrat 0 Posted May 30, 2011 or record yourself making the landing using UnitCapture which records the movement data of a unit, and then you can play it back exactly the same way every time. Dslyecxi used it to great effect in his MH-6 Practice Scenarios
Laqueesha 474 Posted May 31, 2011 (edited) Have you tried this flyInHeight 0.0? Don't know if it works or not, but it's worth a shot. or record yourself making the landing using UnitCapture which records the movement data of a unit, and then you can play it back exactly the same way every time.Dslyecxi used it to great effect in his MH-6 Practice Scenarios That's a great tool. Thanks for linking to it, mate. ;) Edited May 31, 2011 by Laqueesha
