I'd really love to see an Mi-26 addon. It's such a (literally) massive aviation achievement, especially for it's time. They are still in service with Russia as well as cheap 3rd rate nations and guerrillas. I see no reason to not have them in ArmA II. A massive helicopter capable of both vehicle and massive troop movements would be most beneficial.

If we could somehow allow the helicopter to "anchor" objects inside it would be so freakin' awesome. An older game "Joint Operations Typhoon Rising" comes to mind.

Dude this is turning into something that should be in the request forum.... Although Thanks for reminding me of joint ops.. I remember I had a squad of pirates.. we'd take the little bird jump on an enemy boat and steal it :P... There's a few things ArmA could take from that game....

Hi there..

The major problem of a "compilation" of vehicles (air/ground or..or..) is

the compatibility between them :/

And when i say "compatibility" -beyond technical compatibility(take a look

in your .rpt after a session)-

i mainly speak about "gameplay compatibility"

i.e other aircrafts have "afterburner" while other doesn't have or

other aircrafts loose their balance (stall) 2 easy in a turn/while others doesn't.

Bottom line is..

If you need a compilation of aircrafts made by different addon makers..

you will need the 2xtime to "tweak" them to work properly together.
