Ability to Use the Javelin on Ground Positions and downgrade the Explosion to a realistic amount

The Javelin can actually lock on anything for [DIR GRD](Direct Ground) & Top Attack Mode and the actual CLU has only FLIR.

The lock will be actually done by switching to lock mode instead of free look.

Lock mode will show up a Rectangle (Known as Track Box) where you have to place the track box upon the target in order to lock it, by locking you have to press some button on the CLU. It shows a Cross when a lock is confirmed

And sometimes it locks onto something you didn't expect. Like own troops (acc. to Wikileaks afghan files). Do we want that too? Well at least I do :) Realism not only for the good, but also for the bad.
