I really dont see the use of the YF-22 in OFP, because it doesnt support some kind of stealth radar, it has super sonic cruise and the islands are way to small for that and its a long range intercepter.........

Can you, or anyone make the MG with a lower tripod so it's sits almost close to the ground, and when the gunner gets in, he's in the prone position. It would be even better if there were limitations on the amount of vertical and horizontal movement that is allowed (ie, you can't just turn around 180 degrees while prone and have the gun pointing 60 degrees to the sky shooting a chopper.) Such a simple thing I'm asking and one that would be useful, IMO.

I woudn't much like to see the C130 used as much more than for daily supply drops or paradropping a few people.  I'd Much rather see the C-27A Spartan:

i agree drew armed brdm and a v-150 would be sweet. Im not so crazy about planes cause of the whole island to small issue..then again a c130 would make more sense than a f-14 or some other fighter...choppers are most usefull.

guys, a plane transport is good and all. but I think we'll have a problem with a known bug. everytime you let your entire team jump out of a helicopter/plane at once, they crash into eachother and most likely half of them will die . so in order for the plane transport to be effective we'll have to be able to land it. we can land it on the runway (maybe) but we can't land this HUGE thing out in the field! let alone take it back up

but if the eject bug is fixed I see no problem to have a C-130 i've been looking forward to it from day 1 (june22)

and i'm from belgium. A country known for it's chocolates and C-130's

I want to make an anti-terrorist campaign where you are part of a small squad keeping peace peace in the islands in 1986. There is an IRA style terrorist organisation, and there should be C-130's in it to change over the troops on the island every so often and do para training. So that is a reason why the C-130 is a good idea.

If it's possible, what about having different ejecting places on the plane so you get spreaded a bit over a larger area. I don't know if it's possible, but I think it would work.

Moving really fast while they all jump out helps. That way they are somewhat far away from eachother because they do jump one at a time its just they do it fast.
