Ambiant Combat radio mod?

Is there any addon or module that has ambiant combat radio sounds playing, like you have a radio on or something? there was an ACE patch long ago that had something like this and it was great, also Chammy was trying to put somethinmg like this in his addon awhile back, any ideas? thanks all.

Could you be more precise? Both ACE and Elias SM add radio chatter to vehicles.

Yes I am looking for radio chatter as if I am carrying the radio itself and not in a vehicle. Just like this video, I am sure he added this to the video but was wondering if there may be an addon that is capable of this? check Berliner's video

ACE has a module I believe called AI Talk that mimics radio chatter near vehicles.
