Cant get killed!

Recommended Posts

I got a problem. If I die, the game run ahead... I didn't get the screen that I died... How can I solve that?

Also the ESC button is disabled... I can still turn between 1st person and 3rd person view but nothing more!

Maybe some script goes wrong ?

I think you have to provide more information on this (what scripts are used on the player, maybe respawn).

No respawns set... Only my selfmade scripts but they have nothing do to with respawn or dying!

I can use ESC to get into the menu when I am alive... but soon as I died nothing happend

No ideas anymore? I also had a similar problem before in Arma1, but there I always became a bird...

I had this problem once. I had a trigger to spawn in enemies, but I had to be in the trigger too. So I put this in the triggers condition box "player in thislist". The problem was that I had a unit called "player" and when I played as someone else I had this bug.

this is a very old thread, but im guessing the issue here was using selectplayer on a unit in a script wich basically leaves you dead when killed, and nothing else happens.
