Ghost player on server

Hello everyone. I have one big problem with playing on warfare servers. It was happening with me and others players in Arma 2 and OA.

So:

When I'm connecting on server and begin to play everything is fine. But after one death nobody can't see me. Also nobody can't kill me too. But I see all players and bots. After some, not long, time Battleye disconect me.

I'm very angry on this shit, cause can't normally play arma. Please, if somebody know how it can be fixed, then post here

Ive had a simalar experience yesterday after i installed the latest OA(beta) patch. I connected to my own server and was able to move around but every shot i took bounced off an invisible wall 5 cm from the edge of my barrel.

Once i got back on desktop i saw that windows firewall had asked for another exeption for the "new" Arma2.exe. Once i accepted and reconnected to problem was gone. But the weird thing is that i was able to move around all over the place and the AI was moving but i was not part of the game itself.

Also yesterday we reinabled BattlEye on our server for the RCon tool (BE makes server allot slower).

What you can try is update your and the servers BattlEye client and server files or if it keeps happening disable BE to test it without. You can also check your firewall and strange background programs (like Windows update). gl

Firewall was off and it has exception for Arma2.

All server and Battleye (on server and client sides) files're already updated.

You can also check your firewall and strange background programs

I always turn off backgound programs for better perfomance in game.

But, I want to add some facts about this problem:

1) It happens not only one server. I have it on XR DAO, TV2, Suicide servers;

2) This shit happens some time after I installed game and updated it with off. patches.

3) And this problem happens not only in warfare games. I saw same posts on this thread, but nobody can give normal answer to fix this bug.

Don't worry, you are so not alone on this one I have this issue too. Submitted a ticket at Devheaven but seems to be getting no attention..
