    RHS Escalation (AFRF and USAF)

    Arma 3 bug. Arsenal wasn't patched to work correctly with 1.54.
  2. Recently I have updated all Mikero Dos Tools pack and found that makepbo excludes .hpp files by default. May somebody help me with that problem? Should I use older versions or is it possible to fix?

  4. Ok, guys. For now we have raw data for long range tables for all RHS artillery. Thanks goes tо Arkhir and his friend for all that calculations. Thank you, guys! That took a lot of time (but with my PC it took much longer). So we will check that data, probably, make some corrections and start porting ACE3 UI elevation display (degrees to mil conversion). Also I found that we will need one more rangetable for M252, it has different angles too. Mr. Rad, you may contact me via PM on this forum.

  6. Probably, it is possible but you will have to make custom animations. I don't have enough skills for that.

    Problem is not only with 21:9 but with any other aspect ratio different from 16:9. I have reported one more too http://gitlab.idi-systems.com/idi-systems/acre2-public/issues/60If it was fixed close that one too, please.

  9. Thank you for clarification, Vking. I think I understood what that rude person was talking about. I used MK6 function to build rangetables but didn't notice that RHS artillery uses different min and max angles. My bad, but really, that man lacks good manners.
  10. They are calculated by ACE3 functions but it takes a looooooooooot of time. That is why after all calculations the results are stored in sqf. End-user sees and uses only that results. ACE3 Team made a lot of work with that. But players see only the tip of the iceberg.
  11. That is true but for me it is unsual to calculate in that dimensions - 1/6000, 1/6400... I like degrees :P It will be a little bit harder in technical part to switch to mils for me. But I will check that out. P. S. Looks like I found the problem with rangetables. They are ok but build for acute angle. Will check it out. It takes a lot of time for my PC to calculate all needed parameters. Omg, again. Sometimes I think that Foxhound curses everytime when check my threads... Hope you will excuse me, Foxhound.
  12. There is no charge 3 in rangetable. Looks like you don't even know how rangetables were build, are you?
  13. Not mil display but rangetables with degrees. In Russia we use degrees ;)
  14. I agree, coding is not good. But it worked fine with RDS. I have changed rangetables and classnames to RHS recently. Yes, I know about mils systems, you have to manually convert degrees into mils for now. In next release I will make new rangetables. UPD: Checked one more time. It works. :) UPD 2: It works for standard model. Something wrong with advanced, will check it out. Works for advanced too. Needed to check on longer distances to figure it out.

    Thank you, Mistyronin. Lately I found that the same solution was in RHS with folded AK weapon. So that is your team idea. I just reinvented it.

    Probably, no. I use ACE3 and it gave me inspiration to make this mod.     khaosmatical, I am sorry, forgot about M27 IAR. Will fix it in next version. It uses the same animation, so no problem with it. Permanent mods will not be updated. I switched to this mod. This mod is more complicated but easier to support. It was hard to modify configs for USAF weapons. RHS made a lot of weapon classes of the same weapon but different attachments and it took a lot of time to check all of them each RHS release. Someone asked me to add function to modify holding on mission start, but I forgot about that too. That is not a problem too and hope to include it in next release.
  20. Thank you for your feedback. The mod (as previously released for weapon holding) is based on classname switching. You get classname (helmet with ESS) and replace it with helmet and ESS goggles. It is possible because RHS team made several models with and without ESS goggles. Also ACE3 team made a great job with interaction menu and other stuff and I really like all of their work. aushilfsalien, I think that this mod can be made in a script version but I don't want to do that. I use both mods (ACE3 and RHS) and it will take more time (and no fun) to support both versions of mod. Feel free to modify it as you wish.
