  1. Problem is we're 2 zeus normally. So I need both of us to be able to have acces to Zeus. Our normal way, with setting up gamemaster module with varible name of character who needs acces, doesn't work with Alive
  2. Does Alive have an effect on Gamemaster module? After loading a map with Alive and Aliveserver, and some of the modules, I'm not able to use Zeus.
  3. Is there a manual on all the different Alive modules?
  4. Also, what modules do I need to setup i order for it all to work, with local database?
  5. So what exactly is it i need to try. Use a Admin menu, and "add" all objects"?
  6. Reason i'm asking about the ZEUS objects placed down, is because, i'm hoping that Alive is able to save what I, the Gamemaster, sets up during a week through Zeus. Objects for the mission, enemy roadblocks and so forth. And in case of a server restart, i needs to be saved and loaded back up with the rest of the persistent objects, players, vehicles etc.
  7. So first of. Can i profile everything I put down in via ZEUS? Like H-barriers, tents and all that stuff. And also. Is there a difference in saving to war room db, and Locally? Which is preferred? And how do I set it up to save locally, and make it load after server restart? Because i didn't do that before.
  8. Does Alive load a saved database after Server restart? It didn't seem like it at first glance. If so, how do you get it to do it? Also, if one choosed to save locally, where does it save it then?

  12. Well then.. I made sure, that i have put in the correct info in "extdb3-conf.ini", so i'm not sure, whats going wrong.
  13. Yeah it's 64 bit. I don't have that option to unblock it..
  14. It HAS to be arma3 as name? or can I put the name of my current database? How do i make sure that the extDB3_x64.dll is unlocked? Again thanks for all the help
  15. Okay, so now i get this in rpt, after all the other stuff is loaded in: 21:37:48 Call extension 'extDB3' could not be loaded: %1 is not a valid Win32 application.
  16. And just to be clear? I replace the sru_pbo with this? And run SRU mod with extdb3 instead of 2?

  18. I got it running on the server. If anyone have a current running version of this, could they please be of assistance, settting it up? Are you using extdb3 or 2?
  19. I Tried this, and am now getting "17:36:35 Warning Message: Script \sru_pdb\initServer_pdb.sqf not found" I didn't get this before..

  22. Hi. I got an idea, but lack the means to put the idea into development. I have a idea about creating a mod or program, that can simulate experience build up like real life, and the development of skills and real life progress. I'm guessing is should some kind of persistent mod running on the server, storing players progress. You, as a player, then receives "experience" for participating in missions, and performing specific tasks. After a specific number of points, you then unlock, better stamina, less weapon sway, more carry capacity and so forth. It's a idea about simulating real life progress of soldiers, who develop through training, missions and tasks. No one starts as a super hero special forces soldier. Like I said, i don't have the coding skills, to make this, but I would very much like to help in any way i can. So if anyone is up for it, let me know, and lets figure something out.
  23. is there a way to exclude a town or area? For example an area where you yourself want to furnish the buildings with specific things?
  24. Well whatever we as a unit could do too speed that timeframe up, i'm for it. It could really give a huge new aspect to Milsim in Arma. Specially SF units. So if there is anything we can do, just text me.
