You could chalk it up to captured equipment, or getting their arms through some shady back channels to get around an embargo (they actually did have some T55s towards the end of the war, but mostly used locally produced improvised APCs, which had v-hulls and were pretty well mine protected, would be really interesting to see some of those). It would be really neat to see some alouettes (did anybody make any of these, or especially a 20mm K-car?)

Looking nice, those are some well executed models and I'll agree, they are a perfect match for the region (and are a fit for a nice modern urban style, not just desert villages), they look like any of them would be right in their place in Aleppo or Mosul. Do you have plans to make destroyed/ bombed out versions of some of these? That would be pretty neat and great for representing a civil war-ravaged city... I don't think I've seen a single building in the combat videos coming out of Syria lately that isn't destroyed in some way.

@tom3kb Thanks a lot for your response. It's really nice to switch up from the usual missions of spec ops using fancy tech to shoot up hordes of eastern bloc equipment (again not a slight to those who make such missions, many of which are excellent). I picked up your mission pack and the Takistani campaigns (playing Desert Fever right now, having a great time so far; having to counter all the fancy air support and remote CROWS turrets on HMMWVs while using inaccurate weaponry really ups the challenge :cool: ) so far to throw some variety into the mix.

Are there any campaigns/sp missions where you play as a guerrilla/insurgent against BLUFOR? All the campaigns I seem to find (not to disparage them, many are very good) are either guerrilla versus the eeeeeeeevil genocidal russians or play as americans against the eeeeeevil genocidal insurgents. I'd like to play something a little less black and white.

Undeceived I must say, this is an excellent campaign that really captures a cool somewhat real type guerrilla warfare feel while still giving some opportunities to do some really awesome actions... However, I have also experienced some glitches as others have mentioned including on Chapter 1 where: Getting past that, I really dig the responses you have built in... However, once I get to/past the mission Inner Abscess it seems to have some conflicts with the COWarMod (had to shut it off to get past a few situations, not sure if related to the health system or what)
