I'm installing a Arma 3 dedicated server on Window Server 2008 R2 and the "arma3server .exe" will not launch?

First off I'm not trying to high jack this page. I want to use this mod and and a couple others for am Air Campaign. I’m looking to get some guys together to do a large air campaign, “Gulf War Styleâ€. We would be going in blind, command would need to sends out Special Reconnaissance units to gather target acquisition, area assessment and human Intelligence. Command then would need to plan the campaign. And so on. I’m looking for realistic game play, destruction of command and control bunkers with 2000ib GBU, Radar Sites with Harm missiles, runways with Durandal Weapons, Scud Hunt. I’m not looking for guys that fly A-10 50 feet of the ground running into power lines. I’m looking for the guys that want to work with the ground team to drop a 500lb down an air shaft. Like to keep the mods down to a minimum. -

I’m not having any luck with FOB Pirelli. I can place items down through Zeus and that about it. I get the option to choose to place a static weapon or mortar but how to you place it, It just says place within 500 feet of FOB. I don’t always get the “SQL†in my DCG action menu. One more: When I spawn a truck and get in , it blow up?
