  1. Came here to say this, good job mate. As for the M60, it's an open bolt design so by rights the IA should be the same. Original poster needs to look up the difference in mechanisms between your regular assault rifles and machineguns.
  2. Quick, someone requested a G36 over here http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?181362-%28SMA%29-Specialist-Military-Arms/page42 Get to it PBeck!
  3. If you watch the ACE3 Trailer you'll notice at 0:13 there's an unconscious soldier being treated who is ragdolled.

That's okay, I don't get all moist over beards anyway.

I'm fairly certain that beard is just one of the default faces you can choose in the game.

  7. You could've just linked to the wikipedia page instead of pasting the entire thing.
  8. yes, there is a single shot lockout but if you're still using it to fire semi-auto once you've left Kapooka, you don't deserve to carry a rifle.
  9. You people realise that the AUG has a two stage trigger, first stage is semi-auto, apply more pressure and the second stage goes automatic. There is no fire selector, so in that respect Toadies AUG pack is infact accurate to the real deal. This is not a bug.
  10. For someone called Aussie Digger you don't know much about Steyrs. Just like real life, try clicking once, holding for automatic.

I'm coming at this as someone with 4 years infantry experience in the Australian Army, so yeah I've fired a few firearms myself. A sonic boom travels in the wake of the bullet, you don't stand in the wake of the bullet. Least I fucking hope not. From my experience ( and I can only talk as someone who has fired F89, F88, Mag58, an old Lee Enfield and some pistols) I have never heard the kind of crack you're talking about. The reason you're hearing these cracks with a .22 is that a .22 is so fucking quiet to begin with you can actually discern that crack from the actual shot itself, a .223/5.56 with non subsonic ammunition even suppressed isn't going to be quiet enough for you to discern the same crack that you get from your air rifles or .22s.

You need to research what the sonic crack is. Then you will realise that as the shooter you will not hear the breaking of the sound barrier as a bullet passes you because you're firing it thus the sonic boom is actually travelling infront of you.
