Hey guys :) I have updated Bornholm terrain to Version 1.6 which includes fixes to the skies and black clouds after the 1.60 Eden update. It should be live now on Steam and will be up later on Armaholics :) Sorry for the wait - now you should be able to go back out there and enjoy the Danish island :) Version 1.6 Changes to lighting which fixes black cloud and lighting for Eden 1.60 update. Version 1.5 Few fixes (not published)

Did you fix it by uploading the new server keys then? Or is the problem on my end? ** Reuploaded the source files to include the data files for heightmap, sat, mask, normal map, so that it's possible to edit that as well. Link has been updated in OP.

Version 1.4 of Bornholm for Arma 3 MANW Edition is here! Changelog: Optimized terrain by removing 39,000 trees to make the terrain less taxing on the CPU Added a few hidden mine shafts near Hasle Fixed jump bug near Oestermarie Airfield Changed satellite colors to give it a more fresh and lush appearance Changed grass textures to match grass objects better Download at Armaholic: http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=27056 Apart from this I present you the source files for the terrain, the textures, the models and the config files. Everything you need to continue developing this terrain. Unfortunately I don't have a lot of time to commit and continue my self, so here's the chance for you guys to keep working on it if you like :) Two things to note! 1) Always keep it under the Arma Share alike license. 2) Please don't dilute the terrain by making several different variations. Instead try to help each other so there's almost only one version out there. End players don't want to have a evening ruined by having downloaded different versions, so please respect this. Bornholm for Arma 3 Arma Share Alike download: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6ve1o8CW3t7Ti1keFRCclRVams/view?usp=sharing Let me know if you need anything. Have fun! :)

Hmm that's interesting to say the least. Don't really know what happened with the conflicts. Generally it is advised to not have several terrain mods active, even though they should actually conflict. I have been working a bit on Bornholm in the pasts month, but only here and there. I've managed to cut down 39,000 trees which should definitely help towards better performance. Bear in mind though, that since day one Bornholm have always been more lush and filled with vegetation than your standard Altis map, as the nature of Bornholm is more lush. I don't know. Maybe there are some wise guys out there who could update the vegetation files, so they each take up less polygons (stress) on the map? So the thing is that I'm having less and less time. I was wondering how the best way would be to publicly give access to the source files, so everyone can contribute to continuing updating Bornholm? It should be in a way so that no one should do double work, everyone with the patience could contribute, and so that everyone can benefit from it. What's the best approach, do you think? I'm planning on releasing the Bornholm 1.4 MANW version soon, and along with that the source files, so others can continue the work (if you like) :)

Thanks guys! Thanks Bush and the rest of the guys in the Terrain Skype channel. Rich, Mikero, M!lkman, etc. You know who you are :) Also big shout out the Danish Armed Forces for extensive testing! Lastly - Hugh thanks to all you who played and still does on Bornholm. The feedback has been really great, so I could NOT have done this without all of you. My time is really limited at the moment, but I would like to make a new update to Bornholm fixing the stuff which is still bothering us all. I cannot promise you anything, but I will try to move some things around. Jihaaaw! Congrats to the other guys in all categories. Stellar mods all of them. And of course to BI guys - Keep making this an unique experience. You know what to do :) Now on to heavy vodka party in Helsinki to celebrate it haha ;)

Thanks for all your support, guys. Bornholm for Arma 3 has made it to the finals in the Addon category in Make Arma Not War contest :) It's a tough line of competitors, that I'm up against, so I'm definitely counting on a nice 10th position.

Hi Mac. Thanks :) The biggest town is Roenne, followed by Nexoe and Aakirkeby. There should be missions in Steam Workshop for Bornholm. Try a search there. Got back to Falcos by the way :) He's making an awesome city life rpg with Bornholm,so stay tuned for that :)

Wow, I have never seen this before. Which mods do you use?

Well isn't it the exact reason for the keys that you are all on the same version, when using the terrain on the same server?

You can try it out for your self but AI should not see through trees, bushes and walls. Regarding AiA, I'll think about it. But I would like to keep Bornholm as one file, so I dont dilute the mod in any way by having different versions. Don't know why 1.8gb would be too much for most. Maybe have a friend download it to an USB stick if in trouble? Merry Xmas by the way! It was so good to release Bornholm this autumn and it's so great to see all the firefights uploaded to Youtube going on right now on the island :) Until ALiVE updates their mod again I think that the version working would be 1.2. Hopefully they got an update inbound soon :) Just added Opteryx in the credits. Thanks alot to him for making the original wheat models many years ago :) Now we can still enjoy these fantastic models in our new A3 environments, which is great!

Bornholm For Arma 3 Version 1.3 is inbound! It's should be up on Armaholics shortly :) http://i.imgur.com/4BsSQjz.png http://i.imgur.com/WbYeg26.png http://i.imgur.com/7T4pJgh.png - Changelog Version 1.3 - Optimized island (removed another 5000 trees, and made openings in forests) - Lowered height of clutter in wild grass areas. Now it should be just possible to lie in the grass and aim. - Added 8-10 new hills in the North and 3 new hills in the South East for game play optimization - Corrected roads to align to satellite texture - Brightened satellite texture so it looks more summer and more realistic - Removed bunch of buildings in Almegaard Kaserne to make room for custom FOBs inside the walls - Smoothened the Northern part. It's still rocky and a rough terrain but roads should be more smooth now - Made wheat fields occluding to AI. They can still shoot at you and track you mostly by last visible position along will your sound emissions - Fixed other building positions etc. Support me in my work Like Bornholm? Please donate what ever you like to me. I'll appreciate it no matter the amount :) Thanks a lot in advance.

    Best ingame 3d editor

I used good ol' Buldozer for everything in Bornholm. It does the basics once you learn the shortcuts. It's a hassle at times but it does get the job done :)
