  1. Many thanks for finally releasing this pack.

     

    The "Ranger Green" uniform is just so f*****g cool......from head.....to toe.....I'm looking at you road runner.

     

    As far as the debate about the vest colors.....there is a slight variation between how they look in Virtual Arsenal, compared to how they look on in game on Altis.

    Neither is offensive. They look fantastic.

    I can already see some uses for this map (submarine fights, waterworld remake...).

  3. However doing the same for zombies via scripting isn't possible, it would have to be done via config changes : zombies use a custom set of animations, wich can be broken by uniforms (they usually point to another model with the default anims config).

    I might replace a couple zombie models though, to make them more "universal".

     

    The main point of my post was the attire worn by the zombies in particular, would have been cool to have them dressed to suit a specific map/terrain.

  4. Can Ravage be configured to spawn Zombies/Bandits wearing only uniforms/gear from one/all of the supported mods.

    In other words, disabling the use of vanilla A3 gear entirely. 

     

    But, Haleks will  confirm if i'm right or wrong, with this system , it seems it is absolutly impossible to completly disabling vanilla weapons.

     

    Unfortunate, mainly for the reason of using Ravage modules as a mission making tool for use on other maps, take Takistan as an example, immersion is blown when all the protagonists are dressed in vanilla A3 uniforms, regardless if any of the supported mods are active.  


  5. I dont like the new font, it appears to have no antialiasing although I have MSAA on an ultra setting. But the letters are still jagged. Is that a known bug or intended to look like this?

     

    To me, what your describing is what the current font on Stable looks like, however, the new font on Dev Branch is quite the opposite, it's pleasing on the eye and actually makes using the front end so much better.

     

    But like life, everything is subjective.  


  6.    I haven't played long so I don't know if fps's will be impacted but if they are, and if you looking for a way to gain fps, (might be quite minor but avery little bit helps) you might contact Rydygier. He has placed a feature in his mission (Pilgrimage) in the supports menu to "clean up dead bodies and wrecks". This might or might not work here

     

    On my latest playthrough I am up to around six hours into the mission (my longest so far!) and covered a fair bit of ground.......For me fps does not downgrade as you progress, occasional drops when it's "busy" are to be expected with Arma in general, but Ravage is a very well optimized mod so performance has always been strong, and the meaty filling Cosmic has added to this mission doesn't detract on performance.  ;)
