  1. Are you running the latest version of CBA? Are you using official missions? Are your server difficulty settings correct? This Is most likely the problem. The mission will usually end within 30 seconds if the correct settings are not enabled/disabled, such as 3rd person and etc Relavent thread here Check the arma3profile part at the bottom.

    Recommendation for TvT small element modes?

    You should try tactical battlefield. www.tacticalbattlefield.net They currently have 3 game modes, advance and secure, attack and defend & search and destroy. They also have a medic system similar to ace, suppression, wepon resting and etc. The mod is meant for 50v50 but there are currently 5+ missions suitable for ~12 players. They constantly update the mod and add new missions to it as well. You can use 3rd party mods(maps, factions and etc) and create your own missions as well. The missions do have limited tickets but capturing objectives and etc also remove tickets from the opposing team so you may have 5 respawns per player or 15 depending on how the opossing team plays.   5. I'm on the east coast (EST timezone) and you can play some decently populated games (30 players +) untill around 8-9pm.

    Multiplayer dying fast??

    You should try the tactical battlefield pvp mod. It was released 2 days ago and its had a steady 100+ players on daily. It looks like multiplayer may not be dead after all :) www.tacticalbattlefield.net
  8. @josche Your making it sound like battlefield 4 now lol ;) I live in Canada and the servers used for beta testing were located in Germany. I've had better performance in TB on a german server than on local domi/wasteland servers.

  12. Luckily the mod is being developed by some very talented and experienced developers, hopefully they're aware of this. We are currently testing various mods and from my knowledge all of the mods being tested are required to join the server. So if they are implemented in open beta this problem won't be present.
  13. From what i understand there will be a @tacbfmod's folder (name may vary) but the official mod's will be in there or integrated into the core folder, i could be wrong. One thing that was mentioned in the announcement is that all official servers will run the same missions and mods. In a sense it isn't 100% clear but it makes no sense otherwise and someone like dale, wormy or eyeball are more qualified to give a definite answer.

I hope there will be official support for ace3 and JSRS but as the announcement says there will be official and unofficial servers so either way ace and JSRS can be used with Tacbf.
