    If this goes into the make love not war contest I vote for you! of course. Your sound mods made the biggest impact on arma for me personally and I really need them now to play. If you think splitting them up into two projetcs than that must be for a good reason. I will try this mod when it has a working state / demo. just some questions: will that mod feature speed of sound? (the ~300m/s speed delay from seeing an explosion to hearing it for example). -- looking forward!
  3. I am still fiddling with the controls of that game, but I can say that in my eyes the ships feel different and like they have some kind of soul ;) (they dotn always fly where I want them to)

    maybe I was exaggerating, but it felt a little loud - when I as driver turned out... (the bassy sounds seemes distorted). On the other hand its good to have a noisy machine.. Another point is the too loud target sound by rocket launchers. Can we tune that down a little? The sound is vanilla I guess where it was relatively more loud aswell http://youtu.be/Rv36eQ9_3i4

    Bug: T-100 is much too loud - to the point where the sound is already distortet. Maybe by mistake the sound file playes 2 or 3 times?

    for vehicles yes... its awesome. ---------- Post added at 18:51 ---------- Previous post was at 18:49 ---------- dont think so. having x00 grams on the head. heat. cant see room. nausea sickness. less games (cause it needs special mnausea prevention tricks). no i dont think so. more expensive. less graphics (2 displays - less fps or less fx). no i dont think so. in fact i think many people might be regretting the buy actually - if they didnt inform prior.
  12. dont waste time on x.1 pls. stereo is the best quality and mixing wise, and will ever be most realistic, arma gamers are no clowns that need big numbers to get attention. humans have two ears - we need two speakers. everything else is degradation in quality. the brain invented techniques to know where sounds are with having only two ears.. why unlearn untrain that knowledge with silly 7.1 crap? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Head-related_transfer_function and compared to jsrs 2.0 - bf3/4 sounds boring...
  13. is there another engine that can handle that amount of objects on a big world with synchronization for~100 clients? no?
  14. why are GPS's not more built to display arma and arma-like games? only small area shooters GPU'S are optimized for?! thats unfair!

    How can i use the Bipod ?

    maybe the difficulty is the ai making use of that.. but I could live with just the feature for humans only - in MP use because mods are nice, but often you cant use them on public servers.

  20. is there a fix / workaround for using sweetFX with ArmA 3 under WIn 8.1? I tried RadeonPro -> it works, but only when I launch the game with it - I want to launch it with palywithsix..

    the lock-on target sound for the AA launcher is extremely loud, to the point I dont use it cause its a pain in the ear and just strange thats it like 200% louder htan the rest of the game..

    addon pack: including vehicles weapons and attachements and clothings, all the stuff that could be used in many missions. Well packed together with no incompatibilities. could have additional sound / graphic mods. all in one single pack . some kind of community standard - increasing the acceptance for online servers to allow it...
