Why buy A3 just so you could go online and ruin everyone's experience?

We run a public server and a private server, The public is just chaos with people crashing helicopters at spawn and planting bombs...as for the private server its all organised and clean... So yeah your best bet is to join a unit that provides those -
Can run the game in high > ultra in editor and the showcases without any issue, But when i enter multiplier games on a dedicated or local hosted I get around 5-15 frames and my graphics card over heats within a couple of minutes... Would this be a memory leak? ( have also tried to game in low settings in mp and the same thing if not worse)

I believe this is the same as TOH, that level where you have to show off flying...You would have a big screen and a "camera" would be watching the unit or object and showing it live on the screen... Not sure if we can do it in the Alpha though... -

Put a round in a guys chest to test physics lol Then make place a few vehicles on the map, throw up a local and explore the island with the lads.. -
Also worried about this..Our unit has under 100 guys going to A3...Are we all expected to host locals and play with 1 or 2 of our friends each? thats insane, I dont mind buying a copy of the game for one of our servers as long as i can host a dedicated though it...

Been playing the MSO on clafghan now for a few weeks with database all set up thanks to gunny. Thanks mate! Such a great gamemode and we run operations on it daily! We do however have issues with markers and aar's saving but no biggie -

Our hosting company wont allow us to put "Arma2NETMySQL" folder with the databases.txt folder into the users area, can we place it any where else?

Hello I'm an administrator of the SRU servers we run an Fallujah Insurgency and a Cherno Domination. Every now and then we encounter a problem that we have seen for the past 2 months. We would randomly get damaged, No explosions no shots no dysnc and no script errors. They would rather kill us or make us bleed. We have a theory what it could be, we have buildings that have been destroyed and they would continuously explode (no sound) just a dust cloud Does anyone have any idea what this could be? We have figured out what the problem is with the random deaths... When ever we destroy a building, the buildings would continually "explode" and random people around the map would get killed. Is this script side? insurgency? or is this ACE? or even the actual map?

Hi, We have had a slight problem, Sometimes, maybe 3 or 4 times a day, people would randomly die!! any reason for this? Also, Any destroyed buildings would blow up again every few minutes (which would cause the random damage or deaths) ACE Fullajah insurgency

We at 'SRU' are an Armed Assault tactical realism unit, with a one main goal... To create the most realistic military gaming experience possible while still maintaining the "fun" of the game. Our main game mode for our servers is COOP insurgency, how ever we do on occasion play Domination or PVP matches. Strategic Response Unit has a detailed training programme for new members joining the unit. We believe that our training program will help you become better at the game and hopefully learn a few things in real life too. SRU’s leadership and a few others have designed the training carefully, with just over a decade of real life military and law enforcement experience behind them, They have taken what they see fit out of their experiences in real life and applied it to in game. I'd rather just let them work on it. Get it all finished and polished the best they can, then any problems that arise they can fix in patches. But they do need to hurry up lol -
There isnt one but SRU made one...They hosted it on one of there servers for awhile but it didnt receive much interest

Any way to make the hq spawn on the USS nimitz?

Yeah I done a temp fix by placing buildings under ground around the map, which in turn made the grids go red, and the AI spawn on the ground, Only problem is, Having so many objects can lag lol
