Hello, On the new screen shots that was released all the vehicles got pixel camo, but I heard that this camo failed (if I understood right), so if Arma 3 take place in the future and this camo failed as US army decided then why will it exist in the future where Arma 3 takes place if it proved as ineffective? here link I found from dailymail.com: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2164686/How-U-S-Army-spent-5BILLION-failed-pixel-camouflage--wanted-look-cooler-Marines.html and there is more info on Google... * EDIT * hmm probably should have posted it in General if yes move it please...

Tupolov had something similar to this, but I have set the mysql.data.dll to all the folders. file: mysql.data.dll version: 6.4.3.0 size: 361kb date:3.7.11 I have 2 folders there v2.0 and v4.0 I use v4 I can't connect to my DB. I did everything as its explained in the PersistentDB ReadMe file... Iam trying to load the NON ACE\Co18_PDB_ConvoyHell_v1-5-100.Takistan mission it cant pass the "Server is loading persistent mission data please standby..." screen I can shoot and run but this screen just stuck and I cant play... Hello, Iam learning Arma 2 scripting and I have 2 questions (for now ;)): couldn't find this info here... so > How to spawn vehicle and make it flipped or on side, for example, crashed car that will spawn on its side? > is it possible to create light source, set the radius of it to 2m for example, and its blur and then rotate it so its lights forward and attach it to players hand? (like flashlight but in A2) :confused: > how to make faster day/night change? for example 1 hour its night and next hour its night etc? > can triggers make environmental chnages such as crush bridge for example? > can I script AI behaviors,to make AI unit (soldier) do some action that never was in its logics? hmm cant think of good example now :\ lets say to make him move silently and undetected and sneak behind the player or something like this, to make AI smarter then they are. unrelated question, I dont want to open new thread for it, is ACE2 mod is for Arma 2 or OA only? I cant find this mod for arma 2 help please! Does arma 2 servers are same servers as for A2F? Thanks :).
  5. Hi, I tried to play it on Arma 2 free v1.11, on dedicated server on my pc, we spawned in the air then falled down and killed, no zombies at all, options wasn't working for example when friendly fire set to off I can kill players etc. what is the problem:confused: how can I fix this? thanks.

  7. some notes that I think should be reworked... > give us more freedom to choose, for example if I want to take sniper rifle and automatic rifle together instead of a bazooka etc. > as much as more weapons as possible, and all of the other stuff > add more animations such as hiding behind walls etc. blind shooting, jump, roll (special forces only) etc. more realistic movments and abilities. > hand sign language to silently communicate with team > MAKE AI MORE REALISTIC AND HUMAN LIKE, so they will not see me if i hide in a bushes or high grass and wount detect me if I use stealth movments... > stop dead soldiers from exiting the vehicle and then die > vehicle damage should be re-viewed for example the M107 RIFLE is very powerful one its can destroy tank gears and stop it from moving etc. > add more buildings and more close combat areas. thats for now...
