Well a little update would make no harm. Personally I think it's way too awesome to die however it's been a realy long long time since it was announced and there were no updates for few months now. -
Are there any features of this mod that might be incompatible with ace2? And does the weapons use arma 2 sounds so they could be jsrs 1.5 compatible? Is it even possible to make for example mp38's and other pm's use arma 2 smg's sounds so they would be replaced by jsrs1.5 sounds?

That !alive someObject thing sounds better. I want an invisible target to disappear right after t90 is eliminated so if I name the t90 "t1" the condition is going to look like "!alive t1"? -
Same here. Is it fixed in update 2?

Could anybody explain how to do it step by step? Im a scripting noob and I have no idea how to link deleteVehicle script with object/tank so it will activate once it's destroyed. -
HAHAHA I've found the torrent like 20 minutes before the release but I haven't told anybody about it to feed the devil inside me. Lord Jarhead - thank you very much for all the efforts and time that you sacrificed to create this epicness.

Do I understand well that if I replace for example lee enfield sound with m24 sound it will break the script and the whole distance thing won't be synchronized properly? Are we even allowed to mess with .pbo's in your mod?

Looks sweet! Are you going to make it modular so everybody can use what they want to only and is it going to be ace2 compatible? PS these textures are realy nice. Looks even better than default bis textures. -
How outdated armaholic.com ace2 version is from what i can download with six updater? Is it outdated at all?

Looks like ace2's muzzle dust does not work with OA releses. It does work with A2 warfx however.

Anybody knows if the sound system will be something similar to advanced combat sound environment mod or battlefield 3 sound? Arma 3 deserves a nice sound system. Is there any revolution in sound system at all? I always thought that sound makes HUGE difference in case of realism. Ia mean there are lots of information, emotions that our brain reads from sound. I noticed how important it is wathing "Public Enemies". This movie has amazing sound effects. It made me feel shivers on my back. I live 3km from armored unit army range and i can hear bushmaster canons or something right now in the bacground(my lamp is shaking so there might be something heavier too) so this why I sarted to think about it.

yeah but isn't it a little bit too early to add arma3 to that list? i mean they do it only for few people at bohemia interactive. anyway i was surprised.

Anybody has any idea why I found Arma3.exe in my nvidia control panel? I'm just curious.

I found Arma3.exe, Arma3demo.exe and Arma3init_e3_protected.exe games in my nvidia control panel on games list. I just thought it might be interesting. hehe :nuts:

PS I think new arma3 particle effects are nice however they are missing shock wave dust. -
The best suppresion effects in games are bullet cracks and aim shaking, both in arma 2. screen blur and stuff is not realistic and kills the feeling.

How about a laptop with i7, 6gb of ram and gt540m 2gb? I can run Arma2 OA smooth even in woods on this. Will Arma3 run smoother than Arma2?

Crazy pressure. This mod is awaited and this firefight video shows that it's worth waiting. There is nothing like this made. Do you mix one sample to generate separete sounds of one weapon? This is a shitload of work and I wish you good luck! I appreciate your work. -
