Yes I used it for a little bit, just use the Arma profile in it, and then make sure you enable freetrack within the game in controls and then i think its under controllers. Its a very good piece of software though. I only stopped using it because my laptop was not powerful enough to run both :( -

awesome, some new stuff to help us along with missions -
I have always wanted a truely huge map for Arma. So I decided that I would learn how to make a map myself. The result is a 204km by 204km map that I am currently making which is a mix of desert and sea. It is not actually based upon any real world location. I am building it using OA and A2 buildings and roads so you will need CO in order to use this map. The map has wide open space and takes about 45mins to cross entirely in a c-130. The map is primarily desgined for use with the town constructor set but does include the following: -several large airbases featuring 3.7km long runways (2 of them) and multiple hangers which have been made 3 times bigger then they are by default, with plenty of space to park aircraft and vehicles outside on a skirt and plenty of room to nav the airfield with even the largest of aircraft, without fear of getting stuck no any objects. -some smaller airfields -a town or two -some forests -some trees Since this map was primarily designed with long range ops / flying in mind it has a very simple terrain mask. Also it is pretty much flat but there is a lot of water around and between the 3 big islands that make up this map. It would be ideal with a navy mod and for long range ops. I am also looking for a new name for the map as the current name is only a working name for the map for the moment. Any suggestions would be most welcome.

The trouble with getting people into Arma

They actually fixed perhaps the biggest issue in Arma 2 that put me off PvP, and that was the desync issue. (oh and of course if you want more PvP servers, theres nothing stopping you from starting one just the same as any other mission type) -

This is extremely interesting, its a shame I am no good at modelling things. Very good work keep it up! (and maybe BIS will hire you at some point) -
Going in Arma 3 so you will have to wait for it, although I think there was a mod somewhere to do it.

- Having base defences (such as giant sandbag blocks around bases) that we can lift up and move and build a new base somewhere else with them without having to use a script to put it back together, i.e. using physx to place them next to each other with a crane or forklift truck, could make for some interesting COPs on long missions. -Some sort of crane to do that as well -Some sort of truck/lorry to carry them around Lemnos - The ability to put stuff on a pallet, and then have it get wrapped in cargo net so we can then just lift the pallet by lifting it into a truck, putting it in the back of a aircraft, or slingloading it. -

Just tried this, I am really impressed by it, gonna take some getting used to though because I have never used a headtracker before. Gonna be useful for flying in TOH once I get used to the head movement.

How do you know he is making money from the AD revenue? Also if he does, he seems to use mods on these videos too, so I wonder what the mod makers will make of it aswell? (dunno if he makes all these mods though)

If you can ever find a copy in English, Achtung Panzer is a good read, so is Guderians other book, Panzer Leader, which is much easier to find in English.

It would be extremely buggy to do as you cant shoot out of vehicles, and you cant move vehicles around on other ones easily without them exploding.

Its the new version of RUSE but set in the cold war instead, wasn't really impressed with RUSE though.

^this hits the nail on the head. It would be an ideal solution. (and maybe giving links to mods you don't have)
