How about some 'translator' guys to work alongside a Coalition squad, wearing older body armour, an ACU/MARPAT or Desert DPM (From BAF) helmet, an iron sight M16A4 and some other older Western type equipment such as a BDU or woodland DPM clothing. -

SLX mod has an FOV addon with it, although I don't know if that's what you are looking for. SLX is modular, so most features you won't need and could probably just use the FOV.pbo's. -
I like it, it actually makes you learn to use the weapon instead of being an auto aiming master like it was before. Requires the player to skillfully use the weapon (Even if it doesn't mimic recoil 100% realistically).

I think this is stupid, the Taliban have just as much right to live as US, they are simply fighting like the US did in the Revolutionary War (Where they were considered Terrorists at the time by the British). I like the way the hypocritic politicians don't care about the Taliban and their families, or Eastern countries in general it seems. Quite sad really. And I see where Beagle is coming from, why is it ok to kill Germans in WWII games but killing Allied soldiers isn't? -
Do we need to delete Baghdad objects.pbo and Baghdad.bisign's? All the Armaholic link had is Baghdad.pbo.

I'm trying to play a co-op mission with someone who is using this, but it won't let me join his server as it says I need to have this to play, as if the sound became a mission requirement or something, is there anyway to fix this? EDIT: What Enad said lol

Yes, it is compatable with ACE. It is also compatible with all versions of Arma 2 (A2, OA, CO) It is modular so you can remove things you don't want added and such (For this mission mainly only the various effects are what stand out the most) This is the latest version http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=7045 -

New mission created. Feedback is welcome as usual, this time using Polish Army by Vilas, and Topas' Vehicle Retex's on Podagorsk Island. First post has more information. Enjoy :D OPERATION IRON PRISON The ChDKZ have spread across Europe bit by bit since the start of the conflict between the CDF and the ChDKZ in Chernarus. There has not yet been a terrorist attack from the group outside of Chernarus and Russia until now...Several hours ago a Power Plant in central Poland was attacked by the insurgents who killed countless civilians and armed guard personel. Polish police units are unable to deal with the situation so the Army was called in to take control of the area and eliminate the murderous ChDKZ threat from the area before they spread and take over like in Chernarus... Downloads [v1.0]: Mediafire - Operation Iron Prison Required addons: (NOTE: While SLX Mod isn't required [As with all my missions] it is recommended for this mission, mainly for immersion and for effects which is pretty important for this mission and may not appear to be as immersive with vannilla effects, it is up to you whether you wish to download SLX as, like I said, it is not required) -Podagorsk -Modern Polish Army and Police -Contemporary Polish Army -

I like it for the realism it provides, it felt realistic although it seemed to rely on the 'boring' aspects of war which you mentioned. To be honest, I'm quite glad a game finally made a truly realistic mission without unrealistic fire fights going on all around the player. -
