See my post on second page. I did not see any appreciable difference in running one 5870 or two.

  10. Kind of the same problem with using the secop module and Simple Support Module. See here http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?t=101127
  11. Will this invoke fade if you enable LAA on the .exe?
  12. I don't want to get technical, but you mean AI on standard right? Running advanced AI showed no appreciable difference for me.

    ARMA 2 OA 1.52 :Bugs

When using the Simple Support Module and SECOP Manager module together in the editor you can not choose to "accept" the SECOP mission. It shows supply drop instead. I tried it on three different maps including Utes
  14. You can change arma2.exe to something else, rename your OA.exe to arma2.exe and it will run crossfire that way. However my results were negligible. No improvement for me with my setup running crossfire. ---------- Post added at 12:19 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:17 PM ---------- I get stuttering in the benchmarks only, haven't noticed while playing though.
  15. I crewed cobras up to the F model years ago and the engine has some armor on the engine doors, but not much. The pilots seats are made of the same type or armor material and there is a little bit on the sides of the pilot and gunner. All in all not gonna save your rear IMO. However the real problem with the Cobra was the added weight it kept getting with modifications AND the engine be de-limited because of the transmission.
  16. I'm mostly serious some of the time. And then there's times when I'm not serious all of the time. Like now where I'm serious about being serious but only because of the lack of seriousness about this posts' subject. How about this for a title, "if you uninstall OA, it will wipe your arma2 missions folder".
  17. I'm surprised a new one has not been implemented yet.
  18. This post, my friend, is the most pithy I have seen and not only gets to the point but is well deserving of a most pithy answer. To answer your question, IDK.

ARMA 2 (OA) : DLC discussion thread

I'm for paid DLC mainly because it provides the developer an incentive to produce "goods", if you will, that the paying consumers want. Now the fine line is figuring out how much people are willing to pay and for the least amount of "goods". Now I don't mean that in a negative way by any stretch.
