Well I downgraded my catalysts back to stable 13.1 and it fixed the refreshment problem, but there was still an issue with the overscan. I enabled full screen window in the resolution settings and it fixed that to. Thanks for your help everyone !

Hm. Well now the game simply freeze my computer when launched.

I'm pretty sure the newest driver uninstall the old one before installing itself now. After installing the 13.2 b7 driver I had those black borders by default on the desktop, So I turned the overscan to 0% but it seems arma 3 could use the 15 overscan ... I'm kinda lost here. And there is also this refreshment thing :x

Hey, I though it would be a good idea to install the new 13.2 catalyst driver, and now arma 3 is ruined, the screen looks like it lacks refreshment rate and there are black borders around the screen. Any idea about how to fix this ?

I'm running : I7 2600-k 8Go DD3 2x 6950HD 1Go on W7 and have terrible overheating problems on the gfx's, as much as 80+ C°, fans working at 3200RPM to cool it ... my settings are mostly on low / normal for 1920*1080 screen ... People simply have to admit Operation Arrowhead is terribly done.

Each time I tryed to change settings I had both screens going power saving mode and not showing anything anymore, had to reboot by hand pc ... I tryed multiple programs and each one did that .. something is wrong here.

For some reason I don't understand the ATI overdrive stuff in the catalyst control center don't allow you to undercloack ur GPU so I tryed to use programs to lower the gpu memory frequency like u said but none of them seemed to work ... I searched on the bios and Couldn't find anything related to the GPU to.. Jesus how boring this is...

Man, I tryed to explain multiple times, I don't have a perfect english but still. Here is a screenshot of what my screens looks like just now. Sometimes a good drawing better then words heh. http://img9.imageshack.us/i/justnow.jpg/ I have 2 physical screens. When I take a screenshot, both screens are on it, in our case I deleted the 2nd screen off my screenshots cause its useless for u to know what i'm doing there xD I have found a single of these wich contains 33 000 lines, is that it ? @ NeMeSiS : I never overcloacked my GPU :x

Well thanks sir for fixing links then, All this whine for no reason is beyond my understanding. Yet I still don't know where the problem is from, I will switch to a better GPU soon anyway, but thats still very annoying.

Why can't people read ?

If the screen size is twice as It should be its because I cut the 2nd screen off the screenshot with paint.net, wich let it blank were it should be deleted, transparent. And for that bug Its from BI cause on the few weeks after the release I never had such troubles, its from a patch they made that screwed up things. View distance on that map was 1500, I set it up to 2000. I remember setting it up to 4000 with no trouble a while back.
