In latest ACE updated those functions were moved from the action menu to the self interaction menu. -
You can also edit the recruit difficulty under options->game options and press difficulty, select the difficulty you play and press edit. At the "enemy units" drop down menu select 'custom' and you'll get a slider which defines the enemy difficulty.

I have the feeling you have the brits in mind but who says it's already done? Who says they aren't still working on them and will for quite some time after OA has been released?

Nice video but i noticed one thing, when the player got hit he called out for a medic but nothing happened. 2nd time he called out for a medic he came after a little while, it seems like the 'non responsive AI' is still a problem. -

The default key is the windows key i think, but look here to find/set your self-interaction key. C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2\userconfig\ACE\ace_keys.hpp -

OA will most likely run smoother than A2 due to less vegitation. When did you last play A2? Have you played with patch 1.05 or even better the latest beta patch? -

I was just experimenting with different settings and noticed that i get a MUCH better picture with 'Postprocess effects' disabled plus my FPS increased from 35-45 to 70-80 :crazy: What is 'Postprocess effects' suppose to do? I mean it lower your(atleast my) FPS quite a bit and makes picture blurry!

The updated config files are inside: C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2\@ACE\store\userconfig.tar extract and copy the appropriate file into: C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2\userconfig\ACE -
They are improving it all the time, you mentioned the latest beta patch so i doubt you have missed all the other patches and their change logs...

ArmA 2 already got crosshair so by adding a different type of crosshair which would make it harder to hit targets on longer distances would hardly make ArmA 2 unbalanced... it would still be a server setting for the admin to decide wether it should be on or not. Nobody but you are talking about permanent crosshair, we are talking about a different crosshair.
